A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking, no charge will accrue at the time of booking. One week prior to your rental, confirmation of your party will be sent via SMS text messaging. Payment in full will be processed at time of confirmation with card on file. We require 72 hour notification for any rental cancellation. Parties and rentals that provide short notice (less than 72 hours) cancellations and no-shows will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. 

Your party package includes your total rental time. We will allow 15 minutes prior to your party for set up. Prior to that, the doors will remain locked. Parties need to end and guests leave within 10 minutes of your final rental time. Additional time after that, will accrue an additional fee.
